There are many ways to make lemon shake ups.
Some lemon shake up recipes require a simple syrup that consists of 5 pounds of sugar mixed with water to make one gallon. This is dispensed to your cup of ice, water and half of a squeezed lemon.
Another recipe uses a 1/4 cup of sugar to your ice, water and squeezed half lemon.
